En mig dels seus suculents continguts la revista proposa diferents receptes, entre elles, una pizza de la m\u00e0 Carme Ruscalleda i elaborada amb Casa Sendra.<\/p>\n<p>Els ingredients per elaborar la pizza s\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tom\u00e0quet natural triturat<\/li>\n<li>3 fulles d\u2019alf\u00e0brega<\/li>\n<li>1 fulla de shiso<\/li>\n<li>1 figa coll de dama<\/li>\n<li>6 olives d&#8217;Arag\u00f3<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 bola de mozzarella<\/li>\n<li>3 fulles d\u2019end\u00edvia blanca<\/li>\n<li>3 fulles d\u2019end\u00edvia rosa<\/li>\n<li>10 fulles de ruca<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 ceba morada<\/li>\n<li>25g de llonganissa Casa Sendra<\/li>\n<li>25g de formatge Garrotxa<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Un cop recopilats tots els ingredients la preparaci\u00f3 consisteix en escampar una mica de salsa de tom\u00e0quet triturat per la massa de pizza, enganxar-hi tres fulles d\u2019alf\u00e0brega \u00a0senceres i una de shiso, tallades a la juliana.<\/p>\n<p>Repartir-hi per sobre una figa coll de dama sense pelar, tallada en sis trossos, sis olives d&#8217;Arag\u00f3 amb pinyol i una mica de mozzarella tallada a l\u00e0mines i enfornar-ho 5 min, a 250 \u00baC.<\/p>\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3, treure la pizza del forn, acabar-la amb tres fulles d\u2019end\u00edvia blanca i tres d\u2019end\u00edvia rosa, tallades per la meitat, deu fulles de ruca senceres, una mica de ceba morada a la juliana (marinada al buit en vinagreta) i per \u00faltim el toc final, posar-hi talls d&#8217;uns 0,5 cm de llonganissa Casa Sendra, uns quants trossos sense pela de formatge i ja est\u00e0 apunt per ser degustada.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-4942 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/casasendradevic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/0001-1.jpg\" alt=\"0001\" width=\"2482\" height=\"3508\" srcset=\"https:\/\/casasendradevic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/0001-1.jpg 1132w, https:\/\/casasendradevic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/0001-1-500x707.jpg 500w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 2482px) 100vw, 2482px\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La revista Cuina \u00e9s un manual d\u2019actualitat gastron\u00f2mica, receptes, productes i men\u00fas dirigida per Josep Sucarrats.
